Important New Information This Year

All teen campers staying in the dorms will need to register no later than July 23. There will be no new registrations accepted after July 23, including the day of check in at Teen Camp. The money saving deadline is July 16. After that date, a $25 late fee will be added. Campers@Large may register the day of check in but are encouraged to do so by the July 16 deadline to avoid the $25 late fee. These dates are a “received by” date, NOT a postmark deadline.

Camper@ Large Information & Guidelines

A Camper@Large is a teen camper who stays on the grounds in a cabin or RV with their parents or approved guardian, but participates in ALL Teen Camp services and activities.

Campers@Large:

• Need to have a parent/legal guardian with them at Check In
• Are expected to attend ALL services and activities
• Must attend a minimum of three services prior to attending any off-ground activities
• Must abide by all Prairie Camp & Teen Camp guidelines
• The late fee applies to all registrations received after July 16, including Campers@Large.
• Meals are not covered in the Camper@Large registration fee.
• If a Camper@Large is staying with someone other than a parent/legal guardian, that person must be aware of the guidelines and sign the registration form.
